Is a toy hauler the best option?

I am asking for help from anyone here who works in the RV industry or has a lot of experience in finding what I'm looking for.

What I want is something unusual... A bare-bones toy hauler that is at most 21 ft long and weighs at most 4000 lbs. It must only have a full bathroom (shower/toilet/sink) and a kitchen (stove/fridge/sink/cabinets for dishes). The rest of the trailer would be bare, leaving you to put in the lightest furniture you can find and maximizing versatility with the empty space inside. I need to be able to set up my drums in the space where the ATVs normally go. All I need in front of that is a place to eat, read, use my computer, and sleep two people.

I went to look at a Palomino Puma toy hauler with the dimensions yesterday on my way back from Galveston Island. It would be ideal for me, except that I don't need TWO electric bunk beds that go up/down and lots of seats - that must add about 750/1000 lbs to the weight! The salesman mentioned being able to order to your specification such a trailer so that you're not paying for the furniture and some options.

I will pull such a trailer with my Scout II (rated to pull 5,000 lbs with proper equipment).

And yes, I did have a great time down there on the west end beach under the toll bridge - I sure gave the transfer case a much needed workout!
