Anyone running these in a 17 or 18 in the matte black?

Strongly thinking about purchasing a set, but would like some review & photos on JKs before I buy....

Thx!

Also I'm deciding 17 or 18.

I know the consensus is smaller wheel more tire, but I'm one of the few who like how 18s look on 35s and up, which I will be running. I don't really think there is any big advantage either way it's not as if we are talking 15s vs 20s.

Total wheel & tire package is only 150 more for the 18s.

It sounds like you are leaning towards the 18s. If the increased price for tires is not an issue for you and you can find the tire you want that will fit an 18, go for it.

I have 17s with 35" tires mounted. Personally, I wouldn't do an 18 with a smaller tire, but it should be fine with a 35. The reduced sidewall is not that significant going from 17" to 18" wheels, but it is something to consider if you do a lot of offroading. If you primarily drive on the street, it won't matter. If you do a lot of offroading, the 17" wheel might be a better option to give you more sidewall protection and an easier time airing down the tires.

Thanks for the input.

I do off road a good bit but it rarely situations where I need to air down.

I run most trails in the woods and some mud. Very little crawling.

Still very much up in the air. Never ran an 18 b4. Just 15s and 17s.

Never been a huge fan of those wheels personally, but you can find many examples here.

Thank you.

It's tough finding the perfect wheel for yourself.

I def want black since I have a Crush JKU.

Don't want anything flashy. A little silver in the wheel ok, but nothing crazy.

Soooo many choices. To me this wheel is simple And kinda has a military feel to it...not that Crush is military in any way..lol.

If you are specifically looking for 17"+, it doesn't get any better than the XD Addicts in my opinion. Best looking wheel for the JK to me. ATX also has some great looking wheels, such as the Artillery.
