I just purchased a black 2006 Jeep Rubicon 3 weeks ago. This seems like a great forum, I've made a couple posts and always getting quick responses. Thanks everyone. Though I just purchased my Jeep, I've had a 2001 Wrangler Sport on 31x10.50's, just got rid of her about a year ago, and I missed it too much, so I traded in my Chevy Z71 on 35's and came back to the Jeep world. My old Jeep never let me down, I didn't get into many hairy situations with it, but it certainly did all I wanted it too! I have to say its good to be back. I'm gonna be headed off to work with our troops in Afghanistan until early June, when I get home, it'll be time to tear into my new baby. I think I've decided to go with a BB, 1" BL, Tummy Tucker kit, and 305/70/16's and it should look just like the one in the attachments. What do yall think about that setup? I've been cautioned about vibrations, but the person who had this jeep said everything was great with this setup. Anyway, i'll quit rambling. Just wanted to say hello and this site rocks.

For a low-lift Jeep on a budget that's pretty much the best way to go - and the tummy tuck will DEFINITELY be a nice plus. I say go for it - it's pretty rare for a 2" spacer (1.75" true lift) to cause drivetrain vibes; however with the tummy tuck you may just over do it; but try it and see if you get vibe problems - it'll be the same as running about a 3" lift without a SYE which some Jeeps can pull off. If you get vibes; try either a MML, or if that doesn't work, a SYE (just remember you'll want adjustable control arms in the back; preferrably the uppers) will take care of it.
