Am I ready/able to take my doors off

So my question is are my doors ready to be lifted off? I've read about how there is a bolt you have to remove from each hinge but I thing mine might already be off. The original owners were elderly so I don't imagine them taking the doors off but who knows? Hope these pictures will help and thanks for the input

All 4 of the hinges look the same. Except maybe not as much rust lol

Yep, the nuts are gone. They go on the threads sticking out the bottom of the hinge. Swing door while pulling up.

They should just lift off, but based on how your hinges look it may take a little more than that. If you can't lift them off, try putting a broom handle or something like that under the door and over the door sill, and using it as a lever.

You could also probably try wacking those threads sticking out to try to break them loose and then try lifting it off.

You are ready. The first time taking the doors off can be a PITA. Open and close while you are pulling up. A second person might help the first time.

I smear a little grease on the pins everytime I put them back on. They just lift off easy as pie after the first time years ago. In fact, I just took them off yesterday.

If you are close to an auto store, run and pick up a can of PB Blaster. Spray on the hinges, let sit for about 5 minutes, open and close the door a couple times, and then they should just lift right off. Looks like you have a nice rust layer binding you up.

Thank you very much guys I've got the pb blaster soaking on it right now I'm gunna try to lift them off if I can't get them I've got a buddy coming over tonight and I'll go straight to the jack technique. Thanks for the helping hands to us newbs

Mine were in the same shape as yours, I just kept swinging the door while lifting it and it came right off after a minute, same with the other door. If there full doors make sure your ready for 50-60lbs I would say. Kinda of a surprise I did not think they weighed that much haha, not that it was heavy it was just a moment of "wow I have to use my muscles for this wtf... " lol
good luck!

I guess the elderly people had your doors off, with the missing nut on the bottom of the door pin!

I had to lift and swing for about 3 minutes per side the first time I took mine off.

Yep they must of had them off. I know if my grandparents still owned a jeep they would take them off lol well on a good note mine just took some PB blaster and some brute strength. Had a jack But it didn't even reach the bottom. Defiantly needed the second guy to help lift and will grease them b4 I put them back on

I've left the nuts off of mine for the summer time. I'll put them back on in Fall. Mine will be off most of the summer but I'll put them on when we get the week-long rains. I figure that they probably won't bounce off... Hopefully.

Is there anywhere I can get replacement nuts for those bolts
