Hi, got the soft top on today, but evidently someone was living in it-how i don't know, it was hanging from the rafters. pulled it down and it was full of bird seed-thought the bag looked a little low. didn't notice it till this evening when i put the windows in but the back flap, down by where the zipper starts it looks like someone took a bite out. almost a perfect 1/2 circle about the diameter of a quarter(damn little 'mickey') anyhow, is there a way to seal it up so it doesn't spread. will it melt like a nylon rope, clear nail polish, have a tent repair kit somewhere-any ideas. it doesn't effect the function of the roof and being where it is, it's barely noticeable and i'd like to keep it that way.
top is a factory sunrider-and the real pi$$er-little over a yr old and only on in the summer(been through 1)

If you are talking about the flap on the sail panel, it shouldn't spread. If it makes you feel better though, you could just use a strong glue like "gorilla glue" and rub it just along the edge. Be careful with it though, it tends to expand and can get ugly. There is also a product called "fray-check" that will seal the fibers invisibly. You can buy it at any fabric retailer or craft shop.

thanks-yea, it's the flap that covers the zipper-bout an inch or so above where it tucks into the bracket on the back
