2012 Brake Booster Replacement
Had someone install amp & speakers - and they drilled through the firewall and through the damn brake booster!!! Ugh...
Anyway, don't have a service manual yet, and was curious if replacing the brake booster is cut n dry or if there are any special considerations.
Part is $180 - labor is $215 if dealership does it. Thinking I can do it myself...thoughts? Any special considerations? Thanks . . .
Since you didn't screw it up why not let the dealer do it, this way it's definately done the right way. Maybe next time they'll be a bit more careful on the install. You know it's not going to be easy for you to do it and why should you.
