Install new Infinity reference speakers in jeep.. thoughts

So i made an appointment with a car audio shop for tomorrow.
they will be installing
4 infinity reference 6032 6.5 speakers (2 in the sound bar and 2 in the dash)
they will also install 1031 tweeters in place of the factory tweeters.
they will leave the infinity amp and head unit as is.
they say it will make a major improvement
all costing 400 installed with tax.

any thoughts?

thanks

I would be real interested in how it sounds after the install, as compared to the factory speakers.

Probably worth it if you aren't into doing the job yourself.
I can't see anything wrong with the componentry.

let us know the difference. Just put the Polk Audio 650's in the soundbar, and the first thing I thought after listening was - "shoulda put changed out the fronts as well" Countg to be a "conversation about spending" with the better 1/2 but think I need to do it for my own sanity's sake. Would really want to know if worth the effort for the "conversation" as I have never done just a single set replacement. Normally, it is a system overhaul

How is that install cost accurate? The shop near me quoted me $1200 for 2 speakers and an amp installed. I was like GTF out of here and walked out. I'd be all over a deal like that if I could find tweeters, speakers, etc AND installed for only $400.

Interested in the results of the upgraded speakers.

Yes, please play the same song at the same volume with the fader all the way to the rear before and after. I really have to wonder how much of the crappy sound from the soundbar/pod speakers is due to the system limiting it or bad speakers.

It's definitely limited by the system. I wouldn't pay for the install, it's fairly easy.

So just had the 6032 cf and tweeters installed

All I can say is WOW...

the infinity amp is more than powerful enough to drive the speakers

clean Bass and Clear sound

how do the 1031 tweeters look on the dash?? I have tested the 6032cf several months ago. I plan on getting them soon for the soundbar. Not sure if i am going to change the dash yet. I already added a amp/and dual 10" sub which made a huge difference. I set the bass at -6, mid -1, treble +4

with the amp powering my subs, I can tone the base down. but the soundbar does need a little help..

The speakers are around $50/each, so the install cost is a little high if you ask me.
