No. I bought mine at Ringgold Jeep. So far their service has been A #1. If you are having any trouble with Crown then try Ringgold.

Crown is horrible stay away! I recently bought a 94 wrangler and the trans was slipping brought it to them to see what the problem was and they charged me 100$ for a ride test to tell me that it was indeed slipping.

i bought mine from them back at the end of october i have had no issues other than my passenger side door seal leaking. i took by there to see if it was covered under warranty and they wanted a $100 just to spray it with a water hose to see it leak and then tell me no it was not covered under the extended warranty, and they only wanted to give me a dollar for my car a traded but after calling them crazy and walking towards the door they offered me $3300 and i just couldn't leave without the jeep i loved it after the test drive.

That sounds like a bunch of crap to me! I have never paid anyone to spray, drive anything I have ever own. I have paid to have a car hooked to a computer but if I had the work done at that dealer/garage then they deducted it from my bill. After hearing and reading things about Crown then I will never buy anything from them. If a dealer is not up front with you from the start then they are a piece of crap and get away from them as fast as you can!

They are less than upfront with you. I could write a book on my problems with them.

luckily the only thing i have to do with them will be if i have any warranty work done. I did not finance thru them i did it thru a local credit union i got a lot better interest rate.

I told jeep corporate I wouldn't even take it there for my two tears of free oil changes. If I need warranty work I'll go to Rice Jeep in Alcoa. They did all of my warranty work on my 09, do a great job and are quick. They even let me go out in the bay and gave me a tour of the underside of my jeep.

yeah i went and looked there at a couple tjs, but they just seemed rude. I dont know if its because i told them i was looking for a tj and not a brand new jk, but they seemed to have their heads turned up at me the whole time..... no biggie, but in that business, reputation goes a long way

They must have learned from your posts.
I found them courteous and helpful. My salesman, Rick, responded to 1/2 dozen or so emails, same day I sent them. It took me about two weeks for me to get in. We drove a couple, sat down and knocked out a deal. Couple of hours. They were able to beat my existing financing, paperwork was easy and painless. Pleasant experience.
I had to go by this weekend to pick up the slush mats they had ordered for me and the service department looked busy. Big crowd in for oil changes, three service reps hustling and I observed the sales manager checking in with customers in the nice waiting area, making sure folks knew the drinks and popcorn was there for the taking.
The customers all seemed happy, so they must be doing something right now.

I hope they have started to figure some things out.
