The rest of the jeep paint looked good only the hood the cowl and fenders looked like crap. I will do the front fenders tonight i hope. Any way i bought one quart of black enamel and thinner from the tractor supply and this is what it looks like. i was po because i had one run on the lower drivers side. if its too bad i will re sand and repaint i guess.

My gravity fed spary gun. Last year i did the spray cans for a quick fix but it does'nt last that long in the weather. so i sanded all down and did it the right way.

Did you use single stage paint or base coat/clear coat?

single stage, from the tractor supply, I had read a post on here yesterday about somebody doing on there jeep and it did look good so i went yesterday and spent 28 bucks on the quart of paint and the reducer/thinner to use in my gun. I dont paint for a living i just restore 67 -72 chevy trucks in my playhouse and have always did panel replacement and painted my own for the last 15 years
