Wheres the best deal for Windshield mount lights?

Looking to get a set with the mounting brackets for the Bottom corners of the windshield. Anyone know where the best deal is right now?

I just bought these from Summit Racing.

Rugged Ridge 11027.03 - Rugged Ridge Light Mounting Brackets - Overview - SummitRacing.com

I shopped around for weeks for mine (KC long range slim's) the best price I found was on Amazon.

I had to re-read the post, I only caught the part about the brackets. Heres the lights I got.

Warn 82420 - Warn W650D Driving Lights - Overview - SummitRacing.com

Best price I found was through Summit so I got the lights and the brackets together.

Amazon.com is a good place to start for the best price.

If you are more interested in "the best", try these:
Black Diamond Fabrication - Wall | Facebook

They're a bit pricey but they are the best.

windshield light mounts are all pretty low priced IMO, but I ordered the KC mounts from quadratec. they are great quality and recommend, but would installed with rubber washers between the mount and bare metal.

I have the Kc mounts. You could just make your own too. For little to nothing.

:D I got relatively the same ones from JCW years ago and they came with aluminum/rubber bushings-which makes them angle/direction adj easy-

I have been told by a few people that there is a lot of reflection off of the hood. Which in return has kinda blinded the driver. Does anyone have any info on this???

Fogs will glare more than driving lights. Fogs need to be mounted down low, just be sure you buy driving lights for windshield mounting.

Fogs will light up the top of the hood. Some get glare, but the bigger problem is the hodd gets so lit up it's hard to see anything else in the dark.
Mount spots there only.

kolector and courtney, thank you for your input, I was looking at driving or possibly even spots there and I was going to get fogs for the bumper

Offroad Warehouse has the Rigid Duallys with Smittybilt brackets for $189. Personally not a fan of the Smittybilt brackets, so I would go with just the lights ($165) and then pick up some of the recently released brackets from Poison Spyder Customs ($29).

The Rugged Ridge mounts I installed have a foam gasket backing to protect the paint.

JIMBOX 03-31-2012 09:41 AM

:whistling: It's probably not even required, cause you'll never remove the bkts, but it will kind protect the paint from any "edge" paint degrade--

My KC Daylights, came with HD rubber gaskets !!
