Best Jeep magazines?

Hey all,

I know this probably doesn't come up much but when I work I don't have access to the internet or cell phones. Entertainment comes in the form of a book or magazine. With that, I'd like to get some subscriptions going to save the ridiculous news stand prices.

So, which jeep specific/4x4 magazines do you guys follow?

Jp

Quadratec Catalog

Meh I get 4x4 offroad for free and a few others from shoping at 4wheelparts locally one time. Pretty nice I guess because it gives me something to read through once about jeep parts.

Back to the OP's question:

Sorry, but there aren't any good Jeep magazines nowadays.

The only magazine I know of dedicated to Jeeps is Jp, and it's a juvenile production, both in layout and text.

desertgoose 03-31-2012 09:35 PM

Jp mag!
Petersen's 4 wheel and Offroad or 4 wheel drive mag are good ones but not jeep specific.

daggo66 03-31-2012 10:46 PM

JP is one of the best and Four Wheeler is fast becoming a favorite of mine especially since one of the writers is a member here. :thumb:

JVDBogart 04-01-2012 12:06 AM

As far I know, JP Magazine is the ONLY Jeep specific magazine out there. If I am wrong, feel free to correct me. It is semi-informative and entertaining, however, it is geared towards the unaffordable, unrealistic, and totally impractical Jeep mods that most of us could never afford, nor do ourselves.

LBrito 04-01-2012 01:54 AM

Four Wheeler, JP, 4Wheel Off Road, Overland Journal (hey, they've got more Jeeps now! the JK is getting much love).

monkers 04-01-2012 08:16 AM

I like JP, I also get 4 wheel and off road, and just started subscribing to Crawl, only got one issue of it so far but seemed pretty good
