I need a new dealer in MA.

Just purchased a 2012 JKUR (BFG) from Central Chrysler Jeep in Norwood MA. Absolutely love the vehicle, but the dealer experience is killing me. Not only have a been stood up with appointments, but every interaction is a mess. To top it off, when I picked up the vehicle it had a dent on the front right quarter panel (think errant golf shot), surface scratches on the roof and rear quarter panel, and most of the small stuff I had requested was not done (remove the dealer plate frames, and tire cover, add locking wheel lugs). And when I went in this morning for an 8:30AM appointment to have the paintless dent removal fix the dent -- it's a no show.

Can anyone recommend a Jeep dealer in the area that I can move my service to? Somewhere in the area of metro west to Boston.

Thanks

I use Grava in Medford and Lawless in Woburn for parts ..... never had any work done by them... not exactly Metrowest, but the parts department in both are great. I drive a TJ and mostly wrench it myself.

I love my dealer - Brigham-Gill in Natick Mass. I haven't used them for service yet, but I ordered my vehicle through them and they've been great. Massachusetts Jeep & Chrysler Dealer Service & Parts | Brigham Gill

Awesome! Definitely give them a call. I don't have a recommendation in the service dept, but if you want to call and ask for Chris Pitts (my sales guy) he can make sure you get taken care of. Tell him Meghan sent you - if he needs a refresh, tell him I'm the tall blonde who just ordered the orange crush JKUR. He'll remember. :)

Sorry actually call Dave Rosenthal - Chris Pitts is a sales guy, but Dave is the sales manager I dealt with who will a) remember me and b) is a little higher up the food chain there.

Wow Meghan - I've had horrible experiences with Brigham, both with the purchase and service of my 2010 JKU . Probably because I'm not a tall blonde!

I purchased a new JKU that they had in stock. I signed the sales agreement on a Sunday, and my Jeep wasn't ready to pick up until Friday.

Service: I negotiated a synthetic service agreement with purchased the jeep so I had been going back every 3000 miles for oil changes, ect. and every time I brought it in they screwed something up. The first time I had them rotate the tires, they didn't tighten the spare and it almost fell off on the way home. I finally stopped taking it there when they used conventional oil, instead of synthetic, they lied to me about it. I filed a complaint through Chrysler and have since been bringing my jeep to Baystate Chrysler in Newton. They're not much better, but at least they haven't lied to me yet...

I'm convinced that all dealers are morons, once my service contract and warranty expire, I'll never go back.

I caught a baseball to the hood and these guys did a good job with the paintless dent repair Meara Image Auto Detail - Complete Detail Services - Hingham and South Shore Massachusetts they took the baseball dent and a couple other small dings out for $100. Unfortunately, its in Hingham, probably not too close for you.

I just got my first service from Lawless on my new crush JKU and they were great. Also took my old Cherokee there for some big work and they were more than fair about it and did good work. Free coffee, water, and candy. I have had bad experience with Central as well when I had a Cherokee, so you are not alone.
