Lucas Oil Upper Cylinder Lubrication and Injector Cleaner
I've just been told this gas additive can increase my mileagle 5 - 10 per gallon... Has anyone used it?

5-10 mpg....hahaha. Perhaps if you had clogged injectors, but if you are already getting between the low and high range of the epa estimates, you won't see anything. Perhaps you can get a written guarantee signed by the person that said that!

I'll sell you a horsepower booster that just plugs into your cigarette lighter...30 HP boost just by plugging it in!

I have used a lot of Lucas products, and none of them will give you a miracle fix like that. If it actually made a 5-10 mpg difference they would be just as greedy as "big oil" and would be charging a million dollars a bottle...lol. Although I do use a Lucas product that has some amazing results...Lucas ethanol eliminator. It actually increases my mpg. My '87 Wrangler has a new 4.2L that is carbed, with 8.5 inches of lift, 4.56 gears, ax15 5spd, and riding on 35's and it is getting a religious 18mpg all the time. So i cant complain and i will continue to use my Lucas products.

If once added must you always keep adding the cleaner to the jeep or can you add it once and quite cold turkey?

If you try to quit cold turkey, your Jeep will go into cold sweats. It may even start robbing convenience stores just to get money to pay for more Lucas. Until it eventually gets arrested and impounded, and the impound yard is no place to have to deal with detox.
