These pics were taken about ! hour from Williston. There are a few of us that go out just about Every weekend. A word of caution- if you go in to these places; you MAY lose or damage body parts. The probability is quite high. Lockers, winch, and at least 33,s are recommended.If Interested; PM mehttp://i1228.photobucket.com/albums/...v/100_0903.jpg

There is a club in Williston;
Google "Cliffhangers 4X4 Club, Inc" and find a link.
Probably someone there can help you out.
There are some real good guys and gals there.

JEEPDON - I'd be very interested in checking out those trails you've posted pictures of. I'm in Minot, new to the area from Albuquerque, NM. My Rubicon is built for 'wheeling SW rocks:

I'll send you a PM as well.

First off; let me welcome you to the forum, and to North Dakota.
I first saw your PM and responded to it. You look loke you are on at least 35's with a Rubicon. so you would do fine down here. I have a 2010 Sahara on Rubi axles and have a Rubi Transfer Case on 33's and about 1 1/2 inches of lift, and get by most places. There are a few spots the breakover angle gets me.

Thanks for the welcome!

She's a 2011 Rubicon running a 2.5" RK lift with adjustable control arms. I'm running stock axles and lockers, but I've got 5.13s and the Spyntec/Solid front locking hub conversion, which included alloy rear shafts and alloy inners for the front. The front housing is sleeved and gusseted, and the rear is trussed. You're correct - I'm running 35-inch KM2s on black steelies. There's a bunch of other, minor mods.

I'd definitely like to follow you out on some trails sometime. My schedule is a little hectic right now, but should settle down just in time for the Roughrider Rendezvous in July.
