about to move to se pa from co

hey yall
me and my wife are about to move back east and are looking forward to meeting a new group of jeepers. hows the crawling scene in pa? ive noticed the forum is very quite compared to the co, is there another forum that yall hang out on? looking forward to meeting yall soon and doing some good ol wheeling

Welcome, where in PA are you moving to? Rausch Creek Off-Road Park is the probably the main spot to wheel at in the area, not alot of other legal wheeling spots around. If you like sand and water you can drive to Warton State Forest in NJ.

Until I get everything settled were actually moving to blackwood nj with the in-laws for about a month then somewhere around extinct so I can be closer to school. Not to happy with moving in with the in-laws but in not going to move into a area blind.

And since moving out to colorado I've fallen in love with crawling

Rausch is definetly the best option for crawling on the rocks right now.

Eventually another area is supossed to be opening up, Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, they have a Jeep Jamboree scheduled for later this summer but not sure when they will be opening to the general public. I took a tour of the area last fall and that place is huge with a lot of fun looking terrain.

I can't get over the fact you have to pay, and the prices are crazy

If you move to Lancaster or York County the only free place to crawl is Trails Rd. There's a thread on here about it. I have a Jeep club that we just started that has been pretty active. We have folks that go to Rausch pretty regularly as well as Trails Rd. Jersey, well like someone said, lots of sand and water, but I love it!!
