Who on here is from Whatcom or Skagit county. Looking for some more jeep buddies just closer. Maybe get together for a drink, BBQ or something.

I can't say that Im expert in the jeep either this is my third jeep but any of my experience is in the east coast sand. A few of the guys here on the boat have told me about a few trails on your side that I have yet to check out or recall the names of right know. I'll try and get names and locations from them and I would be glad to pass them along to you

Hi! Getting my jeep on Monday. Any lighter trails in whatcom county that are good? Will be with a 5yo so nothing too crazy.

jacebc 01-04-2013 10:04 AM

I'm on Bainbridge Island with a new stock 2013 JKU Sport S. Also looking for good beginner options.

Tyler237 01-04-2013 03:43 PM

Here in the arlington area, I'm looking for close trails to home

Jeeps_and_Boats 01-24-2013 01:40 PM

I'm starting to get a sense that oddly with all the logging roads about and all the DNR land that there is nothing in Whatcom County legally drivable that's not paved. Boo.

How hard is it to maintain a dirt road to a scenic spot without the need to turn it into an OVP.

I've been hangin out a lot in oak harbor lately and was hoping to find some trails there.. But doesn't seem like I'm gonna. Where's that whidbey guy at

Chris Whitney 01-29-2013 10:21 PM

I'm right here and no your not going to find many if any trails on the Island your best bet for anything reasonably close is walker valley in Skagit County
