I have a 2011 jeep wrangler sport without uconnect and with the 130 radio without satellite radio. Is it possible for the dealer to install uconnect and the 730n radio. If so, how much would that cost? Or would it be easier for me to install both by myself.
As mentioned, it's an easy swap out. The Sirius and Uconnect are both built into that radio. ! thing that you'll need to do if you do the swap yourself:
you'll need to take the vehicle to the dealer and have them flash the vehicle for the new radio code.
I Work at a dealer in southern ma your best bet is to call with the last 8 of the vin and just verify most of the older modle stuff you can swap no problem but as you get closer to current modles but I know for a fact that we ofer a mopar uconnect kit as a add on!
