32's on stock rims?

I have a few questions on tires. The first being if i were to find a 32 inch tire that was 10.5 wide would it fit my rims? i believe they are stock rims and the current tires on them are the stock 30x9.5R15. I mean if my rims are 9.5 what is the tire width range i could use for them? My second question is would my jeep be able to remain stock but still have the clearance and turn radius etc without rubbing the tires anywhere in the fender or wheel wells. I dont want to put a lift kit in it but would like bigger tires than the 30s. Is there a visible difference between a 30 and a 31 tire? i mean noticeable difference. I am asking a lot i know i just would like to keep my jeep as close to how it handles and controls now but get the more aggressive look of a larger tire. Any answers to any of these questions is appreciated, i dont expect someone to answer them all and hey if you do more power to you :thumb::dance:

If this is for a TJ, the biggest you can go is 31x10.5 with stock susp.
Some people have rubbing with 31's some don't. I'm one that doesn't have rubbing with the 31's

Your stock wheels are more than likely 7" wide... not 9.5"

The widest I'd go is with a 10" wide tire... even then that would be pushing it and you'd be getting a lot of sidewall bulge.

the tires on it now are 9.5 wide and do not bulge at all would a 10 or 10.5 be that much off a bulge? And if 31 is as big as i can go would it even be a noticeable difference in appearance?

31/10.50 do make a difference to the 30/9.50's. Doesn't sound like much, but side by side, you can tell..Good luck.

Just switched from 30/ 9.5/15 to 31/10.5/15 and my new tires rub if I turn to hard. I'm thinking it's hitting right around the coil spring. No lift on mine either. Everything is fine unless I turn sharp parking or backing out of somewhere

I had the same problem, I just added a washer to my stearing stop and now my tires don't rub.

No problems with my stock ride. I have 31x10.5 R15 bfg km2 mud terrain's. They look much more aggressive than the stockers i removed and no rubbing. They were also mounted on the stock wheels.
