Alternatives to OEM Clutch master/Slave cylinder combo?
I am wanting to replace my Factory Clutch/slave combo. But it seems that there are no aftermarket slave or clutch master cylinders available. I did find that Advanced adaptors has a steel braided line conversion. But I can't find a Aftermarket slave Cylinder to save my life. I want a bleedable system. How is it no one makes a metal slave cylinder. Anyone with any Ideas? My jeep is an 01 with NV3550 and 4.0L. Thanks everyone, Dan.

Dan, Can I ask WHY you want a "bleedable" system or a steel Slave???? They are actually pretty durable, I think in 9 years I have replaced 2.... The steel line conversion is available, but really does not DO anything but look pretty. If your still works and works well, take your $$$ and buy some lockers.....:D or rocker panel protection.....:D Are you having problems with yours???

I am not having a problem with working correctly, but rather it has an intermittant rubbing feeling being felt through the pedal. Ok... I know you're sitting there saying to yourself, whats is wrong with this guy. But it is really annoying and I would like it to be smooth like it should be. So I have never seen a master/slave replace together setup before. Just looking for other options. Also I just like the option to be able to bleed if such need should come up. Thanks for the help though. I do need lockers. Thanks, Dan.

Sounds to me like a throw out bearing ;)

Why do you think it's the throwout bearing? The jeep only has 15,000 miles. I would think thats a little early to wear out.
