Its a power line the only legal trails are pay trails or your back yard but it is not on residential property its power Co right of way that lots of off roaders are using? There are no signs saying you cant go?

Probably won't have much trouble till next month when people are getting ready for hunting season. Most powerlines are leased out to hunting clubs

Yea i stay away from private property and just trail ride bomb fires and Budweiser is what calls the cops lol

Power line right of way? So?
12-26-2012 07:29 PM
I read a post else where quoting GA power. It said to stay off the power line trail. But if you own the land or know the owner and the lines cut through....ride on with owners permission.
12-26-2012 08:25 PM
Yep it is private property but most of it is only the power Co right of way? It's the owners decision who rides

Went up to north paulding to ride McPherson and they shut gates on both ends of the cool trail? Im terribly upset ive been riding on that trail for 10 years and never seen that gate shut? IT'S A TRAGITY I TELL YA!
