Came across this unfortunate soul at the Denver 4 Wheel Parts Jeep fest today

He parked it outside the Hotel next to the Denver Merchandise Mart right next to where the Parts Fest was.

It is funny how they stand out on that jeep, They look new, The owner was parked in the vehicle next to it talking to anyone that came over to take pictures.

nere 07-15-2012 04:50 PM

How do you take precautions so that this doesn't happen to you?

darkproximity 07-15-2012 04:52 PM

Don't leave your Jeep parked in Denver

bigcountry0711 07-15-2012 04:53 PM

Wheel locks special lug nut that a regular lug wrench won't take off

Aleater 07-15-2012 04:56 PM

yeah that will slow them down..... not much you can do to prevent it.

bigcountry0711 07-15-2012 04:58 PM

Its like anything else preventive measures is a way to keep trustworthy people out not a thief

kjeeper10 07-15-2012 05:01 PM

Good now he can file a claim and put a down payment on a new jeep :)

Shippey-ki-yay 07-15-2012 05:27 PM

Those pictures make me feel homicidal

1jeeplvr 07-15-2012 06:26 PM

Why do some pics have fronts & not in the others? Other than that it makes me pissed off at these dirtbags that take something that someone has worked hard for.Get a job ass wipes!!!!!

Or they could only find four blocks:rofl:

rockbottomyj 07-16-2012 03:43 PM

I hate thieves.

Timberwolf 07-17-2012 08:13 AM

I wonder if they took the rear window, or was it already missing?

lee indy 07-17-2012 08:20 AM

i hope he had that old a jeep insured with full coverage.

SouthTJ 07-17-2012 10:25 AM

Did they steal the fender flares and doors too?

I would be so pissed.

I almost wonder if they didn't break it out to get in. There's glass on the passenger seat and floors, but not enough that they busted the door window out. Speaking of which, I imagine they took those with them as well.

daggo66 07-17-2012 02:48 PM

I'm thinking those are adapters and not spacers. That looks like a wheel and tire from a JK COD package.

AdrianVall 07-17-2012 06:55 PM

Damn.. that really sucks. Feel sorry for the guy! That's why you get wheel locks! :) I have mine!

blue6tj 07-19-2012 06:33 AM

They used blocks and saved the suspension?!!!

That's not how they do it in California!

icekitty55 07-19-2012 04:22 PM
