Cig Lighter and dash lights not working?

Hello everyone, I've got a 2000 TJ and the dash lights nor the cigarette lighter are working. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Fuse 10 in the fuse board behind the glove box is the instrument cluster lights. I think the fuse for the Cigarette Lighter is in the PDC (under the bonnet (sorry, hood) near the battery.

Also while looking at your fuse diagram on the side of the glove compartment, check the fuse for "rear wiper" ( I can't remember what number it is). For my 04 TJ 2.4, that was actually the fuse my instrument lights was wired to. I put a new one in and poof the lights worked for the first time since my brother bought it before me. If it is a major electrical issue, go to autozone and buy those tacky LED dash lights lol

Alright I actually sold it to a lady yesterday and when it got dark she realized they werent working. I will let her know. Im just a bit stumped because her husband said all of the fuses looked good?

Mine seem very dim. Is there a way to get them back to normal? The fuse seems fine. Thanks

Rotate the headlight switch counter clockwise. It is the dimmer. Do not go past the click or your dome/floor lights will stay on.

Confirmed fuses are good.
Rotate Dimmer? I did do that, although that may be rare-renegades problem.
Any other suggestions?
