1993 YJ Fuel Line Leak -- What is the best way to fix?
I have a pin hole leak on the fuel line (upper of the two lines) about midway on the driver's side door where the lines fit into a plastic clip. I am looking at the Haynes, but just getting myself more confused. Could I do flexible for all of it or is it too long of a run? Please bear with me and Thank you! for any help.

Well, Rubber will swell and metal will rust. I think its about preference. Rubber line is easy to maneuver, while metal you'd have to bend which could lead to crimps or ruining an expensive line. If I were you i'd get some high pressure rubber hose and run it.

Check quadratec.com, you can get a fuel line replacement kit. If it were mine, i would run new line from the front to the rear for both the supply and the return lines. As well as the brake line, cause once you start messing with them, they will just start leaking somewhere else.
Just my take on the situation.

The kit idea sounds good. have a friend that runs a salvage business and have had opportunity to look over all sorts of vehicles mostly newer vehicles that run only plastic high pressure lines. would be interesting to see if any chrysler products would be interchangeable and compatible with the connectors here. just a thought..Driller
