Just installed 4.5" RE express SA lift after. The front is already is leaning to the front bc of heavy front bumper and winch with a 1.75" spacer. Ive read that the 8.8 that I have will raise the rear 5/8" higher then the D35. My question is due to the weight in the front, can I take off the 4.5" front springs an put on the 5.5" springs? Thanks in advance

My suggestion would be to try the 3.5 springs all the way around. They have a higher spring rate and hold loads a bit better. I run mine without a front sway bar and have 0 problems on the street. I would also suggest the curried springs. A lot of guys like them. If you go with a longer just up front spring it may sag just as much depending on brand. Also, you can add a spacer (cheapest route) to the front springs. The larger problem you will have is dialing in a good balance of caster and pinion angle and potentially bind your front axle u joints.

I already have a 1.75" spacer up front. I'm currently running 33's but 35's will be on by Saturday. Im just trying to find a better solution to the heavy bumper and winch that's causing the front sag

The 4.5" springs are prone to sag. My best advice (take it as simply as that) would be to run a 4" currie or similar spring all the way around and ditch the 1.75 spacers. The extra length will destroy your shocks off road if you have the shocks for a 4.5 lift. If you already have a 1" bl then there will be no real concern with the tires fitting and clearing properly. And cheers on the 35's. Keep in mind that I really don't know what the rest of your build looks like so I hope this helps.
