Installing Alloy USA's New JK Rubicon Dana 44 Axle Shafts
 
They are FINALLY RELEASED!!! The long awaited front Cro-Mo axle shafts from Alloy USA for your JK!! They are both available for the Non-Rubicon Dana 30 and the Rubicon Dana 44. We had an opportunity this last weekend to install one of the first sets for the JK Rubicon 44. Its a good thing these became available, since I had a few caps that were starting to stretch and spin, a short fuse to a broken shaft.



Here is the old, stock shaft next to the New, high strength Alloy USA cro-mo axle shaft. These shafts come pre-assembled with the inner and outer stubs, with a premium Spicer brand U-Joint, ready to be installed.

This is WHY I was happy to see these arrive on UPS...This is one of the 3 caps that were spinning in the stock axles.

These High strength Alloy USA shafts are FULLY ESP, ERM and ABS Compatable. They require no computer flashing at all.

It always bothers me that there so cheap they can't even paint stuff like the nuckles
