Mirror not working
My temp/compass mirror is not working. Does anyone know what fuse controls it? Does it affect anything else? If that is not it any other suggestions? It did lose it's compass settings a while back but started working again after being off overnight.

Maybe he has a tj. I would check the owners manual for what fuse goes to it.

It is a TJ with the compass temp map light mirror. I did not get a manual when I bought it and there is nothing about the fuse in the one I found online. Nothing else seems to be affected.

Update - I have been monkeying around with this mirror for most of the month when I have time. I have not found a fuse blown anywhere or one labeled for the compass. I pulled off the trim along the top of the windshield and followed the wire and found nothing loose. This morning after sitting for about 10 days I get in and the compass/temp are working again. I guess this means it is a loose wire.

Is there a place online to find the wiring diagram that would show where it feeds into the system?

2 things, you can get an owner's manual from I think here, online read only FSMs here:Jeep Knowledge Base

You may have to go to the bottom of the page & pick Jeep Resources & online manuals if it directs you to home page rather than the knowledge base. For the ‘05 you need to pick TJ Unlimited.

You need the Interior Lighting section.

Thanks I will dig in and see if I can find the issue. I think it could also be tied in to the a/c and airbag light issue tied into the ignition switch as well.

From the title, I was really thinking this was a sarcastic way of saying the mirror got broke(the glass) and he needed a replacement side mirror.
Sorry nothing to contribute other than a "good luck".
