2005 LJ advice on going bigger.

My DD/weekend warrior is an '05 lj with a 2" BB, stock rims, 32 BFG/AT's and 3.73 gear. Everything else is stock. My BFG/AT's are getting close to needing replacement. I am considering going to 33s (or 35s) because I like the stance on the 33s. Sadly I rarely crawl, mostly do trails and mud. What would you all recommend so that I can fit the 33s (if anyone thinks I should try 35's please tell me about the changes I should make I might consider it). The jeep ride isn't too important but I make a 500mi road trip about 4 times a year so if I can preserve the ride I would appreciate it. If you have any other upgrades you would recommend feel free to add them. :D

I know you all a get a ton of these posts but I appreciate getting everyone's view on my personal situation. I am pretty new to the jeep world so any advice is always greatly appreciated.

Do a 4 inch suspension maybe a 1 inch body along with tune fenders and bam you can run 35's. Those LJ's look kinda silly with anything less than that. No offense just my opinion

Add a 1" bl and your 33's will fit just fine. I ran mine that way for a while. Good on and off road. As for 35's...your looking at a regear, chromoly axles up front and beefed up steering, the body lift and a 4" lift. All in all done right you can plan on 6 to 7 grand for 35's (including the tires) to do it right. I'll be going with 35's when I'm ready to swap axles on my lj...by then maybe it'll be 37's.
