I'm interested in getting a Teraflex leveling kit and a set of JKS Quicker Disconnects for my 2012 Sport Unlimited. I got a price quote of $250 (before tax) for the parts. Just out of curiosity, I asked for a quote on the labor for them to install the stuff and was told $300, which includes the alignment. I've never I stalled suspension stuff before, so I'm wondering if this is a good enough deal to where I should just let them do it and not have to worry about messing something up. Thoughts?

Their labor cost sounds ok. That shop can probably do it in 2-3 hrs. Or you could do it yourself, it not all that hard. It may require most of your day.(I know some people can do it in 2 hours, then there is the rest of us) Doable if you have all the tools. You Still need drop it off to get it aligned and that's more time and money.

I Don't have a new Jeep, but doesn't any modifications to your suspension void any suspension warranty if they can remotely blame it on that modification???? Or do you need to find a mod friendly dealer.

Sounds fair to me. But I think you'd be happier (and save some $$) if you found a local Jeeper to help you do the install yourself. You'll learn a lot about your Jeep.

Either way...

The replaced parts aren't covered, obviously, but Chrysler can't void your warranty on other stock parts. They'd have to prove that your mods were the direct cause of a stock part's failure...and with a leveling kit it's highly unlikely that they'd be successful.
