Southeastern PA area Jeep Jam

October 21st, 2012 at 1:00pm until 5:00pm there will be a Jeep Jam hosted by Videon Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram at their dealership.

This is a "Show and Shine & Mud and Show" event.....in other words, bring them clean or dirty. Awards will be given for both categories and one over all. There will be a BBQ pit there with food, possible music (if that gets hammered out quickly), autographed sports memorabilia for silent auction and a few other things which are still getting worked on.

Registration is "free" but we are asking for a $10 minimum donation to goto the Fox Family, feel free to donate more if you want. Registration "fees" will be collected that day.

Please use the online registration at the webpage, www.sepajeepjam.com

Ladies and Gents - I know this is short notice, but we finally confirmed this Jeep Jam is a go. It is just the beginning of something that the owners of Videon hope to keep going and growing into an even bigger event as time goes with all kinds of possibilities for the future.

I am NOT an employee or owner of Videon, I just happen to know the GM, Mike. While buying my first new Jeep ever (I've had my share of used Jeeps over the last 20+ years) Mike mentioned he wanted to do a Jeep Jam at the dealership. He wanted the proceeds to goto a great charity like the Wounded Warrior Project.

On September 13, 2012 that all changed when a friend of mine was murdered in the line of duty. K9 Officer Brad Fox was on patrol for Plymouth Twp Police with his partner Nick. Nick was also wounded in the ambush.

Mike was approached by Steve Videon and he asked if we could do the Jeep Jam for the Fox family instead of the WWP (but he promised to do another one later for the WWP). Mike knew Brad had played hockey with myself and several other emergency service members that have bought from him in the past years.

All proceeds will go to the Fox Family.

Anyhow, thank you all for taking the time to read this and I hope to see many of you there on the 21st. Any questions, please ask.

Moderators let me know if I posted this incorrectly etc., sorry for any troubles if I did.
