What didn't you do for your Jeep today?

Yesterday I brought more stuff home for the Jeep and added it to the pile in the garage. It started me wondering about if I was the only one on the forum that had a pile of stuff sitting around waiting to be installed on their Jeep.

My list includes:

1.25" body lift
1" JKS MML
Mile Marker PE8000 winch
Skid Row engine skid
electric fan and thermostat control
new LED rock lights
JKS Front Control Arm Skids
replace the damaged lug on the rear passenger hub
finish the steering box skid that I have all the parts for
finish the mods to my rear bumper that I have all the parts for
get the brackets for my trail rack welded onto my tire carrier
change the T/C fluid
change the front and rear diff fluid

All the parts are sitting on my work bench.... I just need to find the time to do the work.

How 'bout you? Got anything sitting around just waiting for you to install?

We could come over and install your junk...

on OUR vehicles!!! :wavey:

I'm usually so pumped to get new stuff on, it doesn't sit around for long.

Wife wouldn't let me drive it today.

Hey Brian... Pick a weekend and let us know. We'll come over and have a wrenching party. Although, I feel I must warn you... I tend to turn wrenches better after about 5 beers! Oh... And the hoppy stuff is just fine with me!

I was just informed that you brew your own! Did I mention that you are my hero?!:D

How does next weekend sound? That's quite a commute. But if you show up I'll get you some colorado kool aid.

Oops, wrong Brian again???

Takes five minutes to spend money, takes a few hours to do the work..... I'm going to school right now and I don't have any long stretches of time available to just work on the Jeep. On those rare occasions when I have a free day, I try to go wheelin' or do something with my family. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't consider spending the afternoon sitting in the garage watching me work on the Jeep to be fun. Only 26 weeks of school left, then I be free to use my weekends as I please instead of doing homework!

Thanks for the offer Chris! How about mid-August? Except I'd rather go wheelin' that day! Ok, we wrench on Friday and go wheelin' on Saturday. That leaves Sunday to do the paper that will be due on Monday. I think I can swing that! And there is always plenty of good beer in the fridge in the garage.

Brewing is another one of those things I enjoy that has been a casuality of school. I haven't brewed in almost two years. Last thing I brewed was for the wedding of a young man who is an Eagle Scout from the troop I was the Scoutmaster of. I make a killer Oatmeal Stout. It's a little mellower than Guin, but I like it. Maybe I'll brew you a batch for your birthday next year. :D

We could help you write your paper too. You would totally get an A (of some sort). :D
