Tuttle Creek ORV Park Rally on the 5th of July

Ok, Kansas Jeepers, here is the information I've been promising for the last month. The city of Randolph, KS is having their 9th annual car show on the 5th of July. It's a big meeting spot for Jeeps prior to going to the ORV park for a day of wheeling. Here is the information I've gotten so far.......

Randolph Celebration
9th Annual Car Show

July 5, 2008
Randolph, Kansas
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
City Park - Lots of shade

Standard car show stuff, but includes a division for best Jeep/ORV, so it'll draw alot of Jeeps (I've been told it's in the dozens)

I've been told that everyone goes to the Tuttle Creek ORV Park afterwards (or during, if you're not into car shows) for a day of wheeling. There is no charge at the ORV Park, just bring all the food and refreshments you might need.

If anyone's interested in entering the show, PM me and I'll give you the name and number of the gentleman you need to talk with. I'm not entering my Jeep since it's not really anything special, but I'm going to the show for the cars and to look at the other Jeeps/Scouts/Broncos/etc...

I know of several friends of mine who are planning on going and it would be really cool if some of the forum members could meet there and get to know each other in person.

Let me know if this works for you. I know it's the weekend of the 4th of July, and that alot of people have already made plans, but this should be a fun time. I'll take pics, too, so if you can't make it, you can look at the pics and be jealous like I was when you all went to Disney!! :flipoff:

Looks fun, but I'm still driving a little Jeep and I'm not too sure about some of those lines. I could certainly give the old winch a work out there!!

You know that isn't as bad as my excuse. I have to drop the family cat off at the airport.

I'll be there but not in the jeep.

I'm still planning on going. I know alot of the ORV park is flooded down by the lake and that alot of the trails are going to be MUDDY, but I'm still probably going to go. I really hate mud. I'm hoping there's enough high ground with rocks to satisfy my wheeling need. Otherwise, it'll be a short day for this guy.

We'll see you there!!
