Oldguy 10-24-2012 10:00 AM

I'm definitely in. At least barring a blizzard between now and then ;)

JOCJK 10-24-2012 11:13 AM

You mean like this Ed? Part 2-3 says snow on the eastern foothils and along the divide.

I'd really like to get a run in on sunday but think I'll have to wait and see how this storm shakes out.

Oldguy 10-24-2012 07:43 PM

Well, snow is supposed to be tonight and tomorrow, clearing Friday and warm and sunny on Saturday and Sunday. It's been too warm for the snow to stick so I figure at most it will turn into a mud run ;)

If David has the day off, I'm gonna try to get him to go with me. If not, I may try to find a way to get my jeep up there lol. A taxi can tow a jeep right??

Sure on my Bday. 3 days before payday. I well see how hung over I am.

JeepandMud 10-25-2012 03:13 PM

Sorry guys. I'm out. David has to work Saturday night and won't get home till 6:30, then 12 hours later he goes back in to work for a 12 hour. So there's no way he's gonna want to stay up and drive to the trail and back. Every Sunday though till there will be no more trail runs, which I'm soon will be quite soon, I will try to work with his schedule.

COLOUJK 10-26-2012 12:25 AM

What time on Sunday would this be?

Any chance we could meet earlier, like 9? I'd like to get home fairly early. :whistling:

Anyone have a rough estimate on long this trail would take providing Joey doesn't sheer off his pitman arm again....I have a hockey game at 8pm but would really like to close out the wheeling season with one last run.

I'd say about 3 hours or so. The trail is only 6 miles long.

JOCJK 10-26-2012 03:30 PM

Thanks Tom, that's pretty short huh? I thought this crew only went out for 6hrs+. ha

Yea, 6+ hours is usually the minimum for them. If it's a short trail than it's around the trail a few hours and then go off to find another trail lol.

Hidrorayo 10-26-2012 05:01 PM

I'm out on this run. A couple of friends are heading down to Eagle Rock in the Springs they convinced me to go.

COLOUJK 10-26-2012 05:24 PM

Ill be there depending on if I can wake up. Saturday nights looking to be a long one.
