So the corpratist that will increase spending while ignoring the debt and decreasing individual liberty globally beat the corpratist that will increase spending while ignoring the debt and decreasing individual liberty globally.

Woohoo.

Long story short. We are just more screwed than we could have been... -___- way to go America, hope you enjoy socialism. :flipoff:

TheHexIsReal 11-06-2012 10:35 PM

Shoulda voted more

lolpetewtf 11-06-2012 10:35 PM

We deserve it. People care more about who can marry who than real issues. Ya I said it.

Raiderfan001 11-06-2012 10:37 PM

Hurray for the popular vote! Oh wait...

Youre not wrong, but I would say just as {F-bomb}ed as always.

Ibuildembig 11-06-2012 10:38 PM

agreed

"America" voted for Romney, the electoral did not. California polls closed 30 minutes ago, no votes reported, but it goes to Obama. Wisconsin voted a majority for Romney, but the electoral goes to Obama. Do we really have a say in any election? No. All that your vote gives you is the right to complain about who the electoral college put into office.

Please keep this thread civil or it will be closed.

May God help us all. I don't get it but then again I never got why there are only war protests during R adminstrations. Nevada has 11% unemployment and voted for four more years. Kinda hard to feel bad for them. I guess they are content. Sigh

Didn't this get learned at the RNC with Dr Paul? He could have beat bamers, no doubt about it.

We need to get rid of the Electoral collage but that will never happen because it's just another way for the career politicians to keep sucking off the government tit.

sonofabeach 11-06-2012 10:52 PM

Wow! Out with a whimper....

If you wanted change shoulda voted Gary Johnson. Romney is 90% the same as Obama. Not a real change, just diff name.

Exactly why the electoral college needs to go away.

I agree

Ibuildembig 11-06-2012 11:22 PM

Romney the same as Obama? Wut

fan of fanboys 11-06-2012 11:22 PM

Romney-Ryan becomes first presidential ticket to lose both candidates' home states since McGovern-Shriver, 1972

They couldn't win their home state; the people who know them best.

I am very happy about Maine, Colorado, and Wash St though.

I wish Gore would have won in 2000! Republicans wouldn't be considered war-mongering rich old men like they are now :(

Minus a few talking points, and from a practical perspective of actually making changes, yup.

Ibuildembig 11-06-2012 11:24 PM

Mhmm, one has made millions from squat and the other has lost trillions.....I can see the resemblence

Raiderfan001 11-06-2012 11:25 PM

About 99% of politicians are 90% the same. Special interest controlled puppets.

fan of fanboys 11-06-2012 11:25 PM

And the popular vote is not finalized, and won't be for awhile. So hard to say who will win this year. Fox News just said only 30K difference so very close.

But I do think the popular vote should be what matters. Illogical in today's society to continue with electoral college. It was needed at one point but no longer.

Even Fox News can't believe how petulant Romney is acting and not making concession call and speech.

Fox news has always hated Romney, except for the 6 months that he was the official nominee...
