This is when i first had the jeep

Blacked out the stock TJ rims and broke the steering box on this day :banghead:
Attachment 178532
This is the first time the jeep ever doorless. Took 3 hours with many cuss words said and a 2 ton car jack

If i could find the picture of my new lift i will upload later. But after steering box fix and Wooly's wheelin trip i saved up and lifted jeep. I went with the 4 inch suspension lift from Rough Country. Ended up running 33 BFG A/T's. This is the first 5 mins with the new tires on the 4 banger.
:punk:
I don't have pictures of us replacing the raditor but it was a 5 hour process and many many many cuss words were said :whistling:. Replace the raditor cap 3 times. I have had hoses come off driving :nonono:. But this one kept the jeep alot cooler, the old one was missing 3/4 of the core.

This was the first time i have ever been disconnected. About a week later i was jumping off a car at work and i had to pull upon the curve to get too the battery. Well after i jumped him off i discorved engine coolant pouring out from the Jeep. Took it to the shop and found out i needed a new water pump. :banghead:

Another week passes by and the volts on the gauge went off the reader haha. Had to get new battery terminals. That was about the 3rd or 4th week in a row in the shop :nonono:.

About 1 week after that, my Check Enigne Light come on.. Back to the shop she goes.. Was told to run Seafoam through the system. And it worked . A week went by and it came back on. Took it back to mechanic shop and found out that my cat. converter was trashed. :banghead:. $450 dollars later i had a better running jeep!

Luckly i was able to take the newly repaired jeep too a great offroad park in Kentucky called Land Between The Lakes/ Turkey Bay! Had a really great time with these guys all day also. This happened on November 4th, 2012.

On November 10th, 2012 me, drake, david, and logan all went to wooly's and had a really good time. Got a little bit of mud... Everywhere .

Sunday afternoon I decided to at least wash the engine off because of all the mud from Wooly's. Well the check engine light ended up coming back on again..... notice a trend? Took it to the shop yesterday and found out that the distrubter was just cached in mud. Got that fixed and went out in town and raised a little hell.

As stated earlier i'm running 33's on my jeep. Well i haven't gotten around to beef up the rear end. Thought about my options and decided to go with Superior's Axle and C-Clip Eliminator Kit for the D35. I'm getting the stuff from Quadratec for around $700 and having 4 Wheel Parts install them as soon as i have the money. Decieded that locking the rear would be a waste of time right now as i don't really need the D35 locked.

After the rear end is upgraded, i want to lock the front D30 with Detroit Locker. But I'm stuck on what all i will need to do the front end. I want to run 30 spline in the front end with the locker but, i can't find the 30 spline locker's for the D30. :nonono:

You can install those parts yourself. Very easy. Keep that money in your pocket.

I don't have to lock it but we can do much more exploring on the trails with it locked.

Well it could use it, I wished mine was locked when I was stuck in that rut or climbing that hill

With the harder trails your gonna wish for a locker

Exactly, I wanted to do that hill you did at Wooly's but, i was afraid about the D35. I think i could've gotten up there without being locked but i would make it easier.

David called it a "lunch box locker "
Thought I'd be funny.
I know why you'd want a locker

Decisions Decisions.... What is the best way too lock the D30 upfront with the tire's I'm running now. I've looked at the 30 spline chromoly shafts but the lockers get into some serious $$$. I don't really want to run ARB if i can avoid it, but it's really the only locker i can find that even good for the D30 30 spline axle shafts. But i've read that guys on the forum have run 35's locked on the stock axle shafts but that still worries me with my 33's. Could I go with 27 spline chromoly shafts with a Detriot Locker?

1. Why do you want to run 30 splines with 4.10's 33's and a 2.5? Your talkin bout over kill.

2. If you want a set of shafts that are rated for 37's Ultimate Dana 30 CV Axle Set for Jeep Wrangler YJ ('86-'96) & Wrangler TJ & LJ ('97 to '06)
:D

3. What about a e-locker or OX? I wouldn't want to put a detriot or any other kind of auto locker in the front cause the amount of snow you get sometimes.
