Oohh, engine skid...

hunteryj93 11-20-2012 11:43 AM

My next investment..... Might be getting one before my 35's, gears and lockers :thumb:

shewoolf 11-20-2012 11:56 AM

woohooo

scoobyjeep 11-20-2012 01:53 PM

it was a blast, is a definate struggle of smaller tires and lower jeeps, but doable. we are looking to go extreme when it drys up a little and do busy wild when rick gets his lockers and 35's

shewoolf 11-20-2012 01:54 PM

Glad you guys had such a good time!

scoobyjeep 11-20-2012 01:55 PM

i did realize i need to upgrade my steering box and pump, they don't like the 35's to much

hunteryj93 11-20-2012 01:59 PM

My yj always suprises me. I always seem to be the one thats wheelin with guys on 35"-36" tires and it keeps going. Im ready to go back. After smashing in my oil pan ill take that as a sign that this will be my last run till i upgrade lol

yeah I won't be going to 35's until I can do some upgrades LOL

IslandTJ 11-20-2012 03:10 PM

For TJ's, the move to 35's is when you begin the descent onto the money pit. It's a lot easier for the JK's.

Busy wilds is fun and 33"s will have.trouble.even.in the dry.

hunteryj93 11-20-2012 05:45 PM

Im going to 35's before busy wild.

scoobyjeep 11-20-2012 05:51 PM

well get those 35's and we will run busy wild like a boss

hunteryj93 11-20-2012 05:58 PM

Thats the plan.

banks316 11-20-2012 05:58 PM

There's some deep holes on busy wilds that will sink my Jeep. Hey if you need help with gears msg me.

scoobyjeep 11-20-2012 06:00 PM

lol i think we need a trail guide

i want a front locker too

IslandTJ 11-20-2012 06:18 PM

Sounds like Busy Wild is a candidate for 40's.

banks316 11-20-2012 07:19 PM

37's+ for busy wilds.

so not 35's what about summer time

banks316 11-20-2012 07:56 PM

If its dry should be ok I had to lock both ends couple of times. Wet 35's your winch is going to get a work out and if your not locked front and rear it will be a rough day. It has some deep ruts.

Drix 11-20-2012 08:54 PM

Some of those holes on that trail were not bad... Till you imagined them filled with water.

skjeeper 11-21-2012 03:49 AM
