Looking to go to Rausch Creek

Im new to jeeps and Im looking to go to Raucsh Creek in Pa in Jan or Feb. Since ther are no places to 4wheel here i figured it would be a good chance. They have beginner classes and guided tours if inertested let me know. thanx

Don't pay for the classes or tours, it is expensive and a waste. Wait for someone to go out who can show you around. I won't go in the winter because that is too damn cold for me to camp, but maybe this spring/summer you could go along with our group. We have a nice group from WF that goes at least once a year. The trails are very nice.

Rock Run in Patton PA, Doe Valley in windber PA, There is another towards Rausch I can't remember the name. Take a look in the PA state thread and look for the running list of wheeling parks, I have a thread in there that I keep up to date as I find new places or other people add them. :thumb:

Hey I see your from newburgh, go to this thread. http://www.wranglerforum.com/f98/hud...ley-14100.html Its the rest of the group from our area. I've never been, but the rest of them wheel at the one guys property and they always seem welcoming to new guys. I just haven't gotten out there yet.

Hello to all,
I'm relocating my Jeep from FL in the next couple of months and would like to participate in your excusions since I'm new to the area. I'm in Edgewater, NJ, are there any Jeep Clubs nearby?

brunkhorse 01-07-2013 02:08 PM

Yeah there's a few clubs around in jersey. Theres the northern jersey jeep club and there's got mud 4x4 club in central jersey. Go to the NJ section of the forum and you will see them posting on there
