I have been looking around for a new Jeep and keep hearing their commercials on the radio. I am about 2 hours from their location, but wondering if it is worth the trip. They are located on RT. 1 in NE Philly. I am going to need to place an order since I want a pretty bare bones 4 door, but they said they typically sell wranglers $3-4k below MSRP.
Just looking to see if anyone has dealt with them!

I stopped in there when I was looking and they are very pushy. Look at this, drive that, even if you tell them something different. And forget about trying to leave without buying anything... Just send the salesman to get a set of keys and run out on them..

I bought mine from Dick Greenfield Jeep in Jersey on Rt 1. Seemed good. Salesman was cool. Worth checking them out. Not far to get to.

Barbera is terrible. very pushy, and they usually have irritating pop music blaring. They won't want to custom order for you. I believe they can sell jeeps cheaply, because they tend to buy jeeps that other dealers don't sell? that's the story at least.
I got mine from Nashay at Family Jeep by the airport. They got F&I set up ahead of time, so when it was time to pick up my new toy, I was in and out in a half hour. Very accommodating and low pressure.

I went before anyone else posted anything, and actually had a great experience. I will agree the music was a bit loud, but I placed an order and still got great pricing, 3% under invoice. Hoping delivery goes that well.
I didn't feel as if they were pushy, and felt in control the entire time. It didn't seem like they placed too many orders though.

Got my JKU Sahara from them. I went for a test drive there a month or two before I pulled the trigger and they seemed bothered that I even asked. The sales guy asked me a bunch of questions before giving me the keys. "What do you do? Where do you live? Why are you looking at the Wrangler?" Some of them were just small talk, sure. But there was a motive to his tone. Whether I'm 23 (at the time) or 43, if I tell you I'm going to buy a Jeep AND I'm pre-approved for a $45k car loan, treat me with a little respect.
I only ended up buying from there because their price was the cheapest I could find. Special ordered and delivered in 4 weeks. Be careful though. I got a nail in my sidewall 3 weeks after I bought it and they wouldn't replace the tire because "I didn't ask for road hazard insurance."
Might just be me, but when I drop $35,000+ on a vehicle, I'd like a little more customer service and stuff like that should just be included.

I just got a Sahara Unlimited from Videon on West Chester Pike. They were great, nice test drive on the highway. They handed me the keys and said, let's see how this thing rides. They don't try to muscle you into buying what you don't need. I went to a few dealers that I wouldn't send my dog to. I'm Philly PD. You can use my name as a ref. They are very good to PD friends & family. I felt like I was talking with old friends on the corner. After this experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. It took me about 45 mins. to get there but it was worth every mile.

I just bought my Jeep from Barberas last Tuesday. I knew the salesman personally so I had a good experience. I'm not fond of their service department. I've been going there on and off for years.
