posting pictures from Mac

I am trying to post a picture for someone on the form from my mac but evidently my my picture dimensions are too big. What is the simplest way to make a picture postable??

Thanks

The easiest way is to get an account on Photobucket or something similar, and then to link in your images. Doing it that way completely avoids WF's size or pics-per-post thread limitations.

The alternative is to edit your image so as to reduce its size to bring it within whatever WF's limits are, and then post. So absent a photobucket-type account, the answer is on the Mac end of your situation rather than the WF end.

You might try this: save the photo you want to post to WF as a .jpeg. Open it in "Preview" and adjust the size/resolution (under the Tools menu) so that the file size is less than 220 KB. Save in an easy to find place (I use "Downloads") then use the attachment pull down in the advanced reply post window to load your photo file.
