Does This Sound Good For Suspension Lift?
Ok, so i finished my research and came up with this for now, i would like to go cheaper but not really sure if i can for the quality of what i have found so far:
I have a 2000 TJ Sport
Looking to do a 4" Suspension so thats all i would like to discuss for now

Again i am very new to lifts and all this, just want my jeep up 4"
and what does it usually cost to get one installed?

More info is needed: type of driving you do (city, highway, how much offroading), what type of terrain you'll be wheeling in, do you want a capable rig or just one that looks good?, how important is ride quality to you?.
If you want good advice, you can't just throw out part numbers and say "What do you think?" It's more about finding the right parts/setup to fit your needs.
I see some things missing.
You'll need at least adjustable upper control arms to adjust your pinion angle with the sye and driveshaft. At 4" most people replace upper and lower arms when they go adjustable.
You won't need the pitman arm or transfer case drop included in the teraflex kit if you get the sye and driveshaft installed.
What about extended front swaybar links?
i will just be driving city, probably no off roading, ride quality isnt that important because i will only be driving this some days as it is just a jeep we take out to the beach and on sunday drives
In all that stuff I see nothing about the size of the tires, gearing, etc. If all you want this for is looks then why would you go through this expense and work? Why go 4 inches of lift if you are not going to use it?
Not even close to everything you need to do it correctly. Whether it's a trail rig or a street queen doesn't matter.

Adjustable Rear upper control arms and front sway bar links are all I see really missing. Everything else will more than likely be fine.
Why ask everyone for their opinion and turn into the hide behind a computer version of the hulk. They're just looking out for you letting you know your lift cart is missing a few important items. Maybe the guy from qtec isn't an avid off roader. Try and take some advice like an adult
You might want to add some anger management classes to the list. No one here has attacked you, and wanting to know what size tires and what kind of performance you're looking for is part of answering your question.
