I understand what you're going through. I was underneath the Jeep today looking for an irritating rattle/chatter. I checked my suspension, control arms, track bars, shocks and everything appears to be secure. Checked all heat shields and they have proper clearance from the exhaust and screws are all tight.

Rattle still exists. Only happens when Jeep is in gear (well, sometimes it will rattle in neutral) and below 1500 rpms. Once I get moving and over 1500 rpms, the rattle disappears.

I'm still planning on making this run though :thumb:.

If you're soliciting for trail selections, in addition to Firebreak 5, I'd like to throw in Rocky Uphill :punk:.

By being "officially in" I am assuming that means your wife said it was okay to go Sunday? :)
We'll be nice to you as the newbie, just make sure your insurance premium is paid up and you should be okay. Just kidding. It's possible you may have to pull me out this Sunday, or someone else for that matter.

Anyhow, if you need directions on where to meet, it is the North Plains Chevron. Go west on US 26 to the NW Glenco Road Exit, (Exit 57) Turn right and go north, you will see a Chevron on the left, and there will likely be several rigs there by 8AM. If you Google search "North Plains Chevron" you will see a picture of the place, kinda neat how Google did that.... There we will have a moment of silence for Scoobyjeep's transmission and head out from there.:) Man, sucks you can't make it Scooby, keep us posted on the tranny......

Happy Holidays!
