Jeep is in the shop
:banghead:Well I have given up, I put "Little Red" in the shop today.I bought this jeep as a project and to get to know what makes them tick, little did I know what I was in for.I can count on one hand the number of bolts that have come off.The rest are either already stripped or rusted so bad its time for the torch.I couldn't even get the tranny fill plug off:surrender:.So off she goes to have all fluids drained and filled, maybe after they bust things loose I will be able to take care of it going forward.Im having them do tranny, transfer case, fuel filter and both differentials.I have been buying used cars & trucks for 45+ years and this is the only one I haven't been able to do the basics on.Im hoping we dont find any surprises when they crack things open.Im looking forward to warm weather, so the top goes down and we can do some wheelin.Much to my surprise my wife has fallen in love with the jeep, this is really great when it comes time for the add on's, she is picking alot out herself. We live in North Conway and are looking forward to getting together with some fellow jeepers to go on runs with this summer. Keep Waving:wavey::wavey::wavey::wavey:
