We're going to do the now infamous Crab Flats run tomorrow so we can play in the snow. We'll be at Rocky's in Running Springs around 10:30 am. We haven't run this trail yet so some patience might be in order- but directions according to most are pretty clear. Testing out the new CB- Channel 4. I am in a silver JK Sport.

Rocky's
32150 Hilltop Blvd, Running Springs, CA 92382 (909) 939-0501

Thanks Gunner. I have a new Go Pro to play with so I'll give it a shot.
Sorry you can't come Jeff. I had plans yesterday or we were gonna drive over to Hemet. I need to hit a trail before I go loco- though I am pretty sure it might be too late.

Eek. Thanks for the heads up. Hoping there will be less people off work tomorrow and/or they'll be party prepping. Looks like it will be just be us so I don't have to worry about being on time at least.
(And not sure the new CB is working yet. No idea what an SWR meter was until I looked at the Firestix install directions.).

We ran the 3n16 and 3n14. Nothing crazy but got real slippery at times.

Thanks L Brito.
I downloaded all the maps on Topo Maps last night so that should help too. The coordinates are great. We're off to a late start. I figure if traffic is too bad we'll turn around and have lunch. Where I live there is always traffic so if I have to sit through some to get to a snowy mountain- worth a shot.
