11 or new?
I'm having a hard time here. I fount a really nice 2011 JKU 19,500 miles 6 speed loaded w/ tow package for 25k. Or I can get a brand new sport auto w/ tow package for 30k. I know differences are 3.8 vs 3.6 and auto vs stick. I plan on doing a 4" lift w/ 35s very lil easy wheeling. What would you do?

Sounds like a good deal on the used. If you're going for a new Jeep (depending on where you're located) check out Adam's Jeep in Churchville. Really kicking myself in the butt for not going to them. (Went to Jones Junction instead). My cousin from Florida came home for a family party and ended up ordering a brand new 4dr from Adam's, they took great care of him.

Why spend the money on 35" tires if you are only doing "very Lil easy wheeling"?

Guess I don't need 35s. I don't know a whole lot about JKs. Learning tho. I have always had Yjs, Tjs, and Cherokees

 That word lost me a game of "Words with Friends"
As to your question I would get the brand new one. Whats $5k when we are talking about a dealer warrante, possibly oil changes for life, etc. And if your planning on doing some off roading from what I've read Auto is the way to go.
Too much going on to worry about shifting properly. Sadly I use my jeep as a weekend toy, mall crawling mostly. But I love the stick as my DD is auto. It really adds to the sense of enjoyment for me.
Just my .02

That deal on the 11 is no more. Back to looking at new. Thompson's, Adam's, Jone's, and Don White's. Any other suggestions?
