Central Coast trails

Any good places to wheel on the Central Coast? I have done a little searching but have come up with nothing!

Not sure exactly where your located, but Garcia Ridge out Pozo is about the only real place that I know of. It's got alot of Manzanita Brush so your chances of pin striping are really good, one reason I chose not to go there.

The better trails are a couple hour drive from here.

With this Jeep we've been to Last Chance Canyon and Nightmare Gulch, we're going to Calico in March.

Our old TJ we went out Huasna, Pozo area. We have a couple private ranches we took it on.

We're in a tough area, we have the Dunes and quite a few dirt/back roads but no real rock climbing areas. I don't care for the dunes, I have no desire to ruin my Jeep with salt water and sand. I'll leave that to the tourists, lol.

Check out the Meet & Greet thread for March, top of the list here. It's a bit of a drive, but worth it for a weekend campout.

Haha seriously. Leave it to the people from the valley. An okay thanks!
