The shops near the entrance both sell mounts that can be attached to the tow hooks on the front. Think they charge about $20.

I used an air chuck for quick release and attachment.

I like the air chuck idea. Thanks.

There are a lot of nice spare tire mounts out there too -- but, If Im not mistaken, you are required to install on the front? Not 100% sure, but if Im wrong someone will chirp in.

That is correct. On vehicles it has to be on the front. Atvs and dirt bikes black have it on the rear.

There is an unused hole up underneath the front valence thingy that makes a convenient spot to mount a flat bracket - the standard kind they sell at most SL shops works fine. We used a nylock so we could snug it down without cranking on it, allowed us to simply spin in out of the way when we didn't need it, but would hold it out away from the bumper enough to avoid rubbing on the cheap plastic bumper cover when the flag was mounted.

The hook mounts also work well if you tighten everything up enough.
