Thank you guys! Jeeps look incredible with the DC2.... I like the look with those wheels...

Im running the stock 17" with the 255/55/17 tires... I would like to get a set of 17" and switch wheels at soon snow go away here in The GTA (greater toronto area).. Then during the summer i will get new tires... probably 33"... But, first come first...

Unfortunately i can't affor to buy both (wheels and tires)... But i have to start with something :-)

You could afford to buy both new wheels and new tires if you went to a smaller wheel for less the the price of 17" tires alone. Check out this thread on using 15x8" wheels and 33"-35" tires. Tires for 17" wheels are much more expensive and weigh more hurting both your wallet and gas mileage. http://www.wranglerforum.com/f33/33x...deo-96568.html

DCII Quality

I have a set of these on order for my new 13 JKU. My local dealer has a new lifted Wrangler for sale with a set of DCIIs on it and i noticed that there was some "peeling" on the black inset areas already. Granted these have sat in the sun for months(this unit is a left-over 12), but I'm wondering if this is a common problem with these wheels?
If anyone has any stories, good or bad, about the DCII, Id like to hear them before I take delivery on Friday.

Thanks!

I don't have DC-2s but I like the look of them. Does anyone know what happened to the DC-1s? The rims without the black center?

WXman 02-19-2013 10:42 AM

Are these clearcoated? How hard are they to keep clean?

Juancho 03-02-2013 05:50 PM

Got my DC's today.. after long wait... finally are in my garage... however, i won't install them now... i might do it at the end of March... hoping to don't have much snow on the streets by then...
