Mormon Wells Road Sunday February 10

For those of you that do not follow the Chit Chat thread, we are doing Mormon Well Trail from the 95 east to the 93 this Sunday. Right now it looks like just 2 positives and 1 maybe. Plan on meeting at the McDonald's near Albertson's at Durango and Farm just north of the 95 around 7:30, grab a bite, top off the gas, and be ready to leave no later than 8:00am.

Looks like it is a pretty easy but long ride, 50 Miles off road.

Anybody else interested?

Won't be making the Mormon wells road but I have done it many times. Easy trail, (2wd). Long but a good scenic drive. I will be doing angel peak loop with Mike and his XJ sat. Hopefully it's passable.

I am ready for that one again too. Think that I will wait until it is a little warmer so that we can enjoy standing outside at the top. Still cold up there at that elevation. Also, received my Ace Rails, so they are on the list for a Saturday Install.

Enjoy the trail up, had a blast the last time!

Take your washers off throughout the week and grind them to fit. Once they are ground down it only takes 5 minutes to throw them on. How did you like the packaging on the rails? I thought it was great.

Not into doing things twice and I don't have a bench grinder at home, so I have to bring one home from work for the weekend. Seems like it should go pretty easy anyway.

I have no idea what I will be doing Saturday but you can call me and I might be able to drop by if you need some help.

I was able to do my Ace Rails solo. I got the grinder(s) for the body washers and a motorcycle lift to raise the rails to the frame. Makes it all nice and easy. I'm open if you want to come by Sat afternoon since I am trapped at home anyways. I have a few things that I want to try and do Sat. morning to early afternoon but later in the day should be OK.

I have beer, cigars and tools. :)

Fun run. Curious if you will go through the gate on sawmill? Nice rock there but shouldn't be too bad getting over.

I have family coming to town. Wife and I are both over our colds so she is anxious to get some more baby stuff done. Translation, I might be painting this weekend. Lol.

Thanks guys, I should be good. I too have the motorcycle lift so I will be doing the same thing. I also have two teenage sons that are getting interested in the Jeep thing so they are around to assist as well.

I seen that too, that was a good idea, I haven't quite figured that site out just yet.

Thanks
