New to the forums. I own a 08 wrangler Jk. Was wondering if anybody here goes to meets and does some trail riding. Not huge on off roading yet because its my daily driver and still owe an arm and a leg on it.

I actually don't have a Facebook believe it or not so I won't be able to follow you. But I do want to get more information on meets and events people may have let me know if you know of any

HSKR4X4 02-06-2013 03:31 AM

We do 1st Saturday of every month M&Gs (some are charity events) Here is the M&G for March

Even if you don't have a Facebook, you should still be able to see the posts and things like that. I post up M&G locations the beginning of each month on a hand full of forums. As for trail runs, people will post those up or they will be by word of mouth. That way there is some control to how many show up at trail.

HSKR4X4 02-06-2013 03:32 AM

Feel free to message me anytime if you are looking for a possible trail run or can't find M&G post.

Thanks brotha I appreciate all this info

Marco 02-06-2013 11:24 AM

Matt thanks brotha. Where in Az are you from

Matt13 02-06-2013 03:06 PM

I'm in Laveen on the west side right now but will be moving back to Chandler area hopefully around year's end. My Jeep is stock and we try to take it on the easy side a bit when we go out too, but...these things can do so much that even taking it easy is a ton of fun! We often try to go where we can shoot too.

Marco 02-06-2013 05:45 PM

Well let me know when you go shooting brotha. I am thinking of going sometime next week. Maybe out towards cottonwood lane or 339th ave and the I-10

Hi, stumbled across this tread. I too am new to this. Bought my 06 LJ last October and looking forward to meeting more Jeepers

chcooper2002 04-10-2013 11:25 PM

another newbie here. This is my second jeep but my experience is mostly dirt roads to be honest. There were definitely no rocks where I came from. I'm hoping to enjoy some rides this summer.

Cooper Sedona is top notch wheelin.. I go there quite a bit

ferninAZ 04-11-2013 09:33 AM

I will be in Sedona on the 27th of April. If anyone would like to join me for some late afternoon/evening offroading up there let me know. I wont be doing anything to extreme, maybe Broken Arrow and Soldiers Pass.
