Headlights have a mind of their own.
Currently running Sylvania 60/55 H4 bulbs in Delta housings. I'm using relays that are triggered from the passenger side stock headlight feed. About a month ago, the high beams quit working, low beams were ok.
It's been cold out so I decided that I could put it off till it warmed up some. Last night I got called into work and arrived at about 11 pm. Low beams wouldn't shut off with the head light switch, so I had to pull the inline fuse I installed with the harness. To drive home at 3 am, I reinstalled the fuse. Got home and lights acted normally. When we left the house this morning to go to the store, there wasn't an issue till we got there. The headlights were on while the switch was off. Cycling the headlight switch turned them off.
When we arrived at home, no issue. Parked in the driveway and went inside, but noticed they were on again when I had to answer the door. Cycling the switch no longer shuts them off so I've pulled the fuse again.
I'm leaning towards the multi-function switch in the column, or the headlight switch. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue and what fixed it.

That sounds like the headlight switch to me, at least if the '99 still has the separate pull-out headlight switch. I forget when the headlight switch moved to the MF switch.
It has the old school headlight switch. That was what I was thinking, but with the way my luck usually runs it would've been in the column.
