New Jeep JK Ruby Unlmtd 6-Speed

Hey guy's I've just purchased a Jeep finally and put a 4"suspension lift with a 1.25" body lift and dual steering stabilizers and am now moving onto tires, I am trying to choose between 35" and 37" tires would I have to do any gear changes in order to put on 37" ones as that is my preference? Its a 2007 Rubicon 6spd Unlimited.

Yes to gears and it may still be a pig.

At nearly 4-5"s of lift, what have you replaced from stock?

So far the only modifications I've made is the suspension and body lift with the dual steering stabilizers

Are there any mod's that I need right away to run the Jeep at this height?

Depending on how hard you drive/wheel you may want to gusset the c's on your front axle. Gears can help recoup some of that power loss. 5.13 or 5.38 would be best. I'd try it with the 4.10's you have now tho just to see if you really want to sink $1500-2000 into gears
